Our Multinational Partner is inviting You for an exciting career! We are currently looking for a suitably qualified person for a newly established Shared Service Centre in Budapest for the following role.


  • Preparation and booking of both manual and automatic payments to vendors
  • Initiates and participates in projects or actions to improve the overall performance quality of the P2P process
  • Responsible for the vendor master data handling
  • Proactively support the month and year end closing process
  • Preparation of AP reports
  • Answer all the AP related quires of the external suppliers
  • Monitors the execution of the entire P2P process and be the first point of contact and support in escalations
  • Follow up the rejected payments
  • Ad-hoc tasks


  • Bachelor degree in Economics (Finance or Accountancy)
  • Fluent level of English AND French
  • 1-2 years of previous professional experience in an SSC environment
  • Stable knowledge in MS office especially Excel
  • Customer focused and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical thinking
