As part of our expansion to the Sheffield area, we are looking for Account Managers with contact centre experience and an enthusiasm to provide world class customer service to join our Account Management department.

Are you able to deliver customer service as well as cross sell our products to our existing customer base during every customer interaction?

Can provide customer service to a world class standard including when dealing with requests, issues, technical faults, billing enquiries and account maintenance
Can identify sales opportunities, upsell and cross sell, process sales orders, as well as liaise with various internal departments on behalf on your customers

What are we offering?
Basic of £15,000 plus commission of up to £650 per month (OTE of £22,800) based individual and team targets
