Requirements for 3rd level support


  • Piloting and evaluation of new features and bug fixes in the software
  • Coordination with used departments regarding necessary release updates
  • Support of the service team when creating solution datasets
  • Compliance with or implementation of the security guidelines for the respective application
  • Performing and troubleshooting test installations
  • Creating interfaces
  • Creating ARP-s and DRP-s
  • Taking part at support transition processes, review the relevant support documentation
  • Evaluate new techniques and tools
  • Prepare and perform release changes
  • Create scripts and configurations for backup, restore and other system functions
  • Deep knowledge of the mentioned software product. (Performance analyses)




  • Degree in IT technology
  • German knowledge
  • Experience with ITIL Incident-, Change-, Configuration-, Problem-Management
  • Experienced knowledge with Linux-/Unix servers, Windows servers, networks (TCP/IP), monitoring systems, application-servers




  • Analytical thinking /problem solving
  • Independent, goal-oriented working
  • Experience in collaboration with the customer / subcontractor
  • Cooperate in team
