Our partner is one of the leading airline groups in the world. It has recently rolled out anew robotic project where we are looking for a new team member for the Application Support team.
Responsibilities:
-Maintenance of Robotic Operations Center
-Support and maintenance of Document flow management systems
-Automation of IT background processes
-Maintenance of local Application and Database servers
-Contact with other Software Operators within the companies
-Interface management
-Change and Incident management
-Create specifications, preparation of documentation,

Technical Tasks:
-Robotic Operations Center (ROC) maintenance
-ScanIT + Push FTP remote support, configuration WW sites, support WW RTS with installations
-DMS/Canon Therefore FTP network maintenance, development
-DMS maintenance, deployment of new versions, changes
-Automation/scripting. Snooper deployment, collection of log files, deployment of applications (not AF standard MS SCCM deployments)
-WorkTime server + SQL DB maintenance, server configuration, deployment of clients
-SQL server maintenance for WorkTime/Fraud and Reporting (backup, DB maintenance, user management)

Elvárások / Requirements

-School leaving certificate or College/University degree with a focus on ICT (Information Communication Technologies)
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
-Intermediate English in writing and verbally
-MS Windows 2008 Server, MS SQL 2012 server operating skills
-Microsoft Power Shell and Command Shell scripts
-VBScripts
-IP network and FTP server infrastructure knowledge
-Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Applications
-Highly motivated team player with good communication skills
