Pozíció leírása / Job description

Our customer is one of the biggest ICT companies globally. For their growing team we are looking for a Level 2 Support Specialist

Feladatok:

- Provide and maintain Level 2 or Level 3 single point of contact for the reporting and tracking of incidents
- Providing remote trade floor support
- Receive all calls from Level 1 Help Desk and onsite team members
- Perform Level 2 and Level 3 Support functions
- Coordinate with Client or Third Party vendor’s Level 2 and Level 3 support when necessary
- Record, track, manage, and close all incidents received from Level 1 Help Desk
- Adhere to Incident Management and Escalation Procedures as described in the Procedures Manual
- Maintain current status on open incidents
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on incidents
- Perform incidents trend analysis
- Prepare, produce, and provide a trend analysis report in accordance with Client requirements
- Propose recommendations to improve the support process
- Implement Client-approved recommendations to improve the support process
- Provide support for planned special events as mutually agreed

Elvárások:

- At least 2 years of experience in 2nd level support or being involved to more complex technical issues as 1st level agent
- Fluent English (C1) language skills, other European language knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team player attitude
- Proactive and dynamic personality
