2nd Level Service Desk Representative
2nd level Service Desk position is open at our multinational client in Budapest. This is an exciting opportunity for talents who are not afraid of building up an operation from scratch and shape its future.

The responsibilities of the 2nd level Service Desk include:
Incident/Request Management
Ticket Acknowledgement
Secondary Investigation and Diagnosis of Incidents
Resolution and recovery of incidents or potential escalation to another resolver group
Training and Coaching 1st level colleagues

In order to fulfil this position you need to have  at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, fluent English language knowledge and interest in IT platforms and applications. The ideal candidate is a supportive individual who has enthusiastic and positive personality, customer oriented attitude, good communication skill and is able to work as part of a team.
