Worldwide Logistics Program Manager

Job Summary:

Our multinational partner is looking for an experienced project manager, who would be responsible worldwide strategic programs. The Program Manager identifies, develops and implements the changes aiming at improving the operational performance of the Supply Chain.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the WW Logistics management system cross, animating a team of both Geography Leaders and WW Process Owners
  • Define and maintain the WW Logistics Performance management system
  • Support definition & reporting of global KPI's; understand reporting needs and design reports that provide stakeholders with accurate measurements of their business drivers
  • Ensure timely and accurate update of performance scoreboard and reports as defined in Management system
  • Ensure design and continuous improvement of Logistics metrics
  • Ensure Operational Review packages timely production; organize & facilitate  the reviews
  • Monitor & report progress of strategic initiatives
  • Lead the continuous improvement and transformation of WW Logistics processes, organization & systems to achieve  the operational objectives  enable the business to grow, and to better serve our customers
  • Lead selected Programs or Projects for Logistics organization
  • Ensure clear communication with Process Owners, Logistics Geo Leaders or other related functions or stakeholders (OTC, Planning, Finance...)
  • Ensure strong project management methodology application aligned with Operational Excellence and other best PM practices to secure project success
  • Ensure appropriate planning & execution of projects according to defined deadlines, specifications and within budget.
  • Contribute actively to process improvement & harmonization
  • Be source of external benchmarks on industry & market trends
  • Support network studies aimed at improving the Logistics footprint and network, decreasing Total Cost and Delivery lead-times
  • Be a champion for Operational Excellence and Lean leadership applied in the Logistics domain; occasionally lead Problem-solving, VSM or Kaizen events
  • Ensure consistency in process mapping & process analysis, change management, and project management methodology across Logistics organization



  • Graduate in Supply Chain,
  • Logistics or equivalent experienceMinimum 5-year professional experience in international environment (related to logistics processes)
  • Knowledge of Project methodology would be greatLean
  • Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient in using de MS Office
  • Occasional travel required (about 1 week every 2 months)
  • Leadership and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate a virtual and international network
  • Problem solving competences
  • Result and customer oriented
  • Proven experience in management of change in an international environment
  • Ability to work with peers at all levels in the organization
  • Independent, curious
