VoIP Service Desk Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls and emails
  • Resolving incidents related VOIP, network connectivity and quality issues
  • Catching and dispatching of the issues being reported by end users
  • Provide “First Line Resolution Fix” support to end customers
  • Opening tickets in the relevant service support system
  • Assigning and notifying an incident owner, including follow up and alarm management
  • Liaising with complementary partners both external and internal within the relevant service support system
  • Reporting to management
  • Contact list creation and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English language knowledge is a must
  • 2+ years of experience working in a support function with exposure to VoIP
  • CCNA certificate is a must
  • Technical knowledge working in 1st or 2nd level Service Desk support in shared service or multinational environment
  • Strong customer oriented attitude, flexibility
  • Good organizing and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • German or Italian language knowledge is an advantage
