Our client is an international telecommunication company.
- Maintain availability of Network Elements in voice core domain - Investigation of network faults (HW/SW, configuration) and customer complaints - Managing system and service related problems and escalating if necessary - Reporting and tracking of faults towards 3rd line operation or vendors - Implementing core network expansions and configuration changes, performing work orders received from customers or 3rd parties - Monitoring of performance and taking action to avoid quality degradation - Supporting introduction of new tools and solutions. - Participating in projects, introducing new features, services, connecting new network elements. Validation of test reports provided by vendor - Participate in testing of new SW releases, features
- University /College degree in Telecommunications or computer engineering with deep Telco experience - Basic IP knowledge - SIP knowledge - Fluent English both written and verbal (Daily communication with partners and customers will be in English) - Experience in LINUX/UNIX system operations, in SW testing and handling trouble tickets - Relevant work experience (operation/configuration of SBC/MGC/MGW) and basic programming skills are considered as advantage - Excellent problem analysis and problem solving skills - Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills - Team player but able to work independently - Ability to complete job assignments in a fast-paced working environment with an accurate, timely and professional manner - Willingness to work early and late shifts also on weekends
