A newly established Service Delivery team at a multinational telecommunication services company is looking for their Unit Manager to perform new standards, lead, coordinate and manage a group of Project Professionals.
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for project assurance of own team and contribute to the sector or account business planning regarding professional services.
What will be your daily tasks?
- Developing new business processes - Matching resource to projects of medium to high complexity - Managing escalations related to teams project deliverables - Managing recruitment activity, budget setting and management of, and project standards issues for team. - Mentoring and guiding Project Managers - Contributing to strategy for project management facility
- Fluent English (business level) - Prooved high service managerial level experience is a must - IT/Telco experience is an advantage (preferred but not a must) - Recognized experience in the management of project professionals is an advantage (delivery related) - Strong people and performance management experience - Ability to bring previous experience to the team - Experienced in coping new work and building budgets
