The MBA Retail in the Banking and Financial Industry is an intensive 12-month international program taught entirely in English. It is focused on retail management in a world where banks and financial companies are focusing on retail activities to face the new challenges in the global industry. This project is embedded in a wider cooperation framework between Alma Graduate School and UniCredit designed to lead towards new
dimensions in financial retail worldwide.

Participants will gain all the knowledge, competence, and strategic thinking needed to improve their international career in the banking and finance sectors thanks to a unique opportunity to mix knowledge, analytical approach and problem-solving skills.

Interaction between theory and practice is a distinctive trait of the program: master lectures, workshops, guest speakers and discussion of new business cases take place throughout the year, alongside regular classes.

Teachers come from both university and industry, and offer participants the opportunity to discuss specific issues, and learn from the most successful experiences of the real business world.

Internship and career development

The program includes a 500-hour internship during the last term (June-September 2013) that will entail   project work within UniCredit.

Internships will offer the opportunity to analyze actual problems, develop strategies, and elaborate action plans in a company environment full of learning opportunities. Our Career Development Department will help participants pursue their own career goals, and will support them in the job seeking process, within and outside UniCredit.
