Turkish speaking Call Center Agent
- Help customers via phone and e-mail in IT related questions
- Answer incoming calls from Turkish customers
- Identify problems, recommend and implement solutions
- Create and maintain positive relationship with customers
- Handle coordination of more complex cases
- Close to native in Turkish, fluency in English
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- At least user level computer literacy
- Working hours between 6.00 am and 20.00 pm
- Work permit is not required
Customer support experience is an advantage
