Travel and Expense Analyst

  • Budapest
  • Provide general administrative and system support to the users
  • Manage datas of leavers and new joiners in case of corporate card balance/request
  • Manage corporate card programme from all aspects and resolve ad-hoc queries
  • Manage rejected claims and communicate the possible problems with end users
  • Maintain up to date procedures, manuals and the website content
  • Organize regular online meetings with service providers
  • Fluency in English
  • 1-2 years experience in related area (P2P, Master data etc.)
  • User level proficiency in MS Office
  • Any ERP experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and determination to deadlines
