- Professional mentoring of the German team (12 employees)
- Delegate the tasks efficiently
- Quality check
- Giving feedbacks to the agents/specialists
- Participating in process improvement
- Cooperation with other team leaders
- Provide personalized service and customer support
- Following company procedures
- Fluent German AND English knowledge is a must
- Customer Service experience
- Team player attitude
- Leadership skills
- Excellent problem solving, decision making skills
- SAP experience and leadership experience could be a big advantage
