- Supporting service desk agents’ every day work.

- High school degree
- Intermediate German/English knowledge
- User level IT knowledge
- Good problem solving skill
- Flexibility (after the probation period possibility to work in shifts (7*24)
- Work at least 30 hours per week
- Active, full time student status
