YOUR TASK

Responsibility:

 

  • Guarantee of processing of an incident during its entire lifecycle
  • Makes sure a correct routing of all Incidents in T-Systems responsibility
  • If necessary,  proactive escalation
  • Coordination and processing of complaints and escalations which are a result of SLA breach
  • Incident Categorization & Prioritization in alignment within the team
  • Assist to look up of prior instances & known error
  • Re-categorize and re-prioritize incident if needed
  • Reporting Activities on weekly or monthly basis e.g. Incident Trending Report, Operational Issues
YOUR PROFIL

Requirements:

 

  • Works in office time, at least 25 hours per week
  • At least strong intermediate English language knowledge is essential
  • German language knowledge is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructures
