Tool Manager

TASKS:
Tool technician position covers:
pre-setting the tools for the product manufacturing
production launch
continuous development, efficiency improvement, maintenance, problem solving

REQUIREMENTS:
High School degree or equivalent
Several years experience in operating and repairing Injection Molding tools
Problem solving skills
Good command of English
Ability to work independently
Very strong knowledge on tool construction
Drivers License
Knowledge of tool producing, repairing and development process and tool maintenance systems
Knowledge of production optimization and improvement techniques
Injection Molding knowledge
SMED,5S, medical ISO Quality system knowledge ( ISO 13485, FDA, GMP)
Knowledge and application of URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ
