We are looking for You if you speak English and meet the below requirements.




  • Manage incoming call, switchboard
  • Daily mail management, internal and external distribution
  • Cooperation with the reception of the office building
  • Reception and guidance of guests, provides badges and all support
  • Orders snacks and beverages for meetings,  orders and arranges
  • Books meeting rooms
  • Supervises tea kitchens, ensures its supply
  • Fulfil other occasional errands – even out of office
  • Orders couriers, taxi, posts DHL
  • Office material handling, distribution
  • Other office tasks based on admin team  request



  • Conversational English knowledge
  • Minimum secondary school
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and parallel tasks
  • Service orientation
  • Good communicator & team player
  • Accountable, focused, precise
  • Pro-active
  • Multi-cultural acceptance
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Basic Gmail knowledge
