Technical Training Team Leader
(Network Operation department)

We expect the candidate to have:

• Minimum 3 years work experience as a training coordinator or manager in similar technical field in a multinational environment
• BA Diploma in related field or business (ITIL qualification is a plus)
• Having knowledge of the telecommunications industry, both technical and business
• Solid demonstrated strengths in communicating effectively at all levels
• Experience in designing and delivering in-person and on-line professional skills development and training programs.
• Organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage your time
• Has outstanding written and oral communication, training, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Effective negotiating skills
• A dynamic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven individual who is comfortable speaking in large groups representing different levels within the organization
• Technical awareness and the ability to quickly understand new technological trend
• Innovative and proactive approach
• Fluent English and Hungarian – verbal and written.

We expect the following tasks:

• Doing employee surveys to identify training needs
• Drawing up an overall training plan, both for new hire trainings and recurrent trainings
• Your duties will also include the definition of new courses and training methods, and the creation and upkeep of course documentation
• Producing materials for in-house training
• Managing a training budget
• Working with external training providers to develop suitable course content
• Evaluating the success of both individual training and the overall programme
• Managing regular staff appraisals and reviews and making sure staff have opportunities for ongoing development
• Continuous cooperation with HR Training manager
• Another key role will be to provide a sound foundation for the transfer of knowledge and to train additional trainers.
