We are looking for the following professionals
to join our Budapest Call Center:


Technical Trainer

Technical trainer improves the technical skills of the team, handles technical escalations and solves all tasks and issues sent by the partner. In this position the trainer takes responsibility for implementing agreed processes, information materials, process descriptions and training materials.


  • Improves the technical skills of the team in line with the partner’s needs

  • Handles technical escalations in line with the procedures

  • Designs, develops and delivers blended training programmes in accordance with business needs

  • Develops and maintains a full technical knowledge of client products and services

  • Responds to all customer enquires within given timescales, efficiently

  • Continually learns and takes on new information on products and policies and procedures

  • Provides suggestions on how to improve first contact resolution

  • Capable of providing up-to date information on professional issues, seeks to gather new information and transfer such information to colleagues

  • Conducts agent knowledge tests when required

  • Actively refines problems, develops technical solutions and leads innovative end-to-end customer solution implementations

  • Contributes to team and process improvement

  • Collates and maintains records of all training undertaken

  • Proactively enhances technical and professional skills of team members through active mentoring and coaching


  • University or college degree

  • English knowledge on professional business level (both written and oral)

  • Previous practical experience of working in a training facilitated support role

  • Work experience in providing technical support

  • Good technical skills

  • Excellent presentation,communication and influencing skills

  • Patient, customer-focused, courteous, helpful and empathic approach

  • Sociable and trustful personality who can easily be contacted by others

  • Advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize workloads

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Understands the importance of meeting important deadlines

  • Have the ability to multi-task

  • Ability to work within a continually changing environment
