Our partner is an American multinational company operating a shared service center in Budapest. In the Technical Support Supervisor role you would be responsible for 6 co-members. The Supervisor develops processes to manage the best resolutions possible.
- Provide leadership and day-to-day management to our support team within the Nottingham Office
- Work directly with the support team to ensure the quality of work, productivity and method of delivery conforms to customers’ needs and expectations
- Maintain management awareness of high-impact customer issue status
- Assist Global Support Services leadership in developing processes to relieve bottlenecks, expand capacity and to reduce the cost per transaction of services provided
- Fully understand our customers’ implemented solutions to provide the best resolutions possible
- Manage training, performance, improvement and satisfaction of direct reports
- Perform human resources duties related to direct reports
