  • Regular visit and audit of service partners and contact center
  • Updating information on internal websites
  • Distribution of service documentation
  • Organizing trainings and creating training materials
  • Maintain contact between related parties regarding upcoming technical problems and solutions
  • Providing repair related auxiliary materials for service partners
  • Getting acquainted with new products and technologies
  • Min. BA/BSc degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent communication in Hungarian and English is a must
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in service support is an advantage
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Multi-tasking ability
