FELADAT
  • Gather all technical relevant information from the relevant persons or groups to prepare change tickets/ documentation
  • Managing and coordinating change requests
  • Act as the coordinator between the Resolution Teams and the Client Management
  • Provide continuous information to the customers and Service Delivery Management
  • Ensure all allocated actions/responsibilities are clearly defined and documented
PROFIL
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or at least 3 years relevant experience
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Good personal IT skills and knowledge
  • Basic network knowledge (Cisco CCNA level, in LAN/WAN)
  • Logical way of thinking
  • Team player
