Checks upon and evaluates orders coming in from internal or external customers
Initiates, coordinates and supervises the technical order processes from the arrival of the order through installation and delivery.
Monitors the feedback regarding delivery time and content, takes steps in the interest of delivery within the deadline determined in the service level.
Keeps the customer informed about the status of the order.
Ensures the meeting of the expected service level.
Coordinates simpler physical changes.
Works independently, with occasional support of the professional supervisor.
Reports to the ordering party
Works under guidance of his team manager in accordance with industry protocols
Asks for price quotations from internal and international service providers based on the technical implementation plan.
Documents technical details (e.g. routing of access lines, components, backbone resources, service level).
Continuously informs the team manager about progress and steps of the solution to arising difficulties.
Handles complaints during the process.
Provides reporting according the team / department.
Msc. or Bsc. degree
Fluent German and intermediate English language knowledge
Relevant experience in economic field is advantage
Basic knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is advantage
Teamplayer attitude, but able to work independently
