Technical Manager



Key objectives
  • Increase the value of the company’s brand
  • Increase and maintain satisfaction of the company’s customers
  • Support the pre-sales and post-sales operations
  • Optimize service related costs, maintain and increase the quality of service and customer service
  • Support the daily work of the company’s service partners and customer service
  • Support the development of the company’s products by collecting, following up and solving technical issues
Areas of responsibility
  • Continuous technical support and training of service partners and contact center, organise training and create training materials
  • Regular visit and audit of service partners and contact center
  • Provide repair related auxiliary materials (test JIG’s, cables) for service partners
  • Regular monitoring and visit of information websites, down/upload information
  • Technical support for sales & marketing department
  • Feedback technical problems coming from service partners and customer service, maintain contact with European and Headquarter, strew solutions and best practices towards service partners and customer service
  • Support sales projects from technical side
  • Get acquainted with new products, test new products, take part on trainings
  • Search and get to know new technologies
  • Prepare analysis and reports for local management, EHQ and HQ
  • Manage the SPS Technical Support Team: set the team members targets and goals, evaluate their performance, take part in their development
Person specification
  • College or university degree in technical field
  • Min. 5 years experience in technical support preferably with focus on mobile
  • Proven track records of successfully managed client projects
  • Result oriented personality
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines and quality guidelines
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Hungarian is a must
  • Analytical ability, strategic and proactive attitude, good in team work
  • Precise and organised way of working
  • Ability to work under pressure
