Technical Advisor for Germany



  • Manage the end to end customer service relationship for a number of global accounts in technology/telecommunication related issues
  • Managing customer engagement and change control
  • Act as a single point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Accountable for implementation of complex solutions
  • Service development, account planning, joined up with sales account planning process
  • Continuous improvement of the customer service processes, reporting
  • Escalation point for customer specific design, delivery and operations activities including demand management and prioritization
  • Ensuring revenue and margin is delivered as per specific customer contracts via continuous optimization initiatives
  • Monthly personal visits of the clients in Germany
  • Negotiation level of German and English is a must
  • At least 2 years of experience in in customer-facing roles
  • Confident knowledge in ITIL processes
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Solution focused attitude
  • Result-orientation
  • Experience of developing and maintaining deep, long-term partner relationships
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 days per month
