FELADAT
  • Ensures that the team would achieve the expected service levels
  • Supervises employees with identical or similar professional competences
  • Distributes the tasks to his/her direct reports, oversees the implementation of tasks, and ensures even workload of the members of the group
  • Allocates resources (shift schedules, vacation schedules, substitution plans)
  • Organizes induction of new employees and takes part in it
  • Makes proposals for setting performance goals
  • Transfers operational and other relevant business information to the group
  • Ensures the well-being of the group: facilitates effective team work and conflict management
  • Monitors the productivity and operational performance of the group, and takes correction steps when necessary
  • Ensures the effective use of integrated corporate tools; handles compliance with processes, procedures and standards
  • Performs all roles and tasks set ahead in the Document Handling Policy or by appointment

PROFIL
  • College degree or relevant experience
  • Intermediate English and German language knowledge
  • Deeper IT knowledge of team specific topics like: Active Directory, Exchange, Server administration, mailbox and backup recovery
  • People focus and management skills, able to motivate people
  • Dealing with stress, manage complex work envionment
  • Customer focus, good communications skills

  • College degree or relevant experience
  • Intermediate English and German language knowledge
