Team Manager (Procurement and Maintenance Response Team)
Our client, who is in leading position on an international level considering the leasing of cars and commercial vehicles, is looking for a Team Manager of the Procurement and Maintenance Response Team areas.
- To ensure the efficient and uniform working practices within the Procurement and Technical management teams - Resbonsible for the management objectives as outlined in the Human Resource Policy - Ultimate responsibility for coordinating the procurement and technical management pocesses - To define MRT figures based on pre- and post-calculations - Ultimate responsibility for checking and monitoring costs for repair (MRT) - To maintain contacts with dealers, importers, suppliers and breakdown assistance services on matters relating to procurement and MRT - Ultimate responsibility for quick and efficient handling of complaints relating to the relevant subjects - To provide reports on the total maintenance costs (supplied, ordered, delivered cars and bonuses) - To agree discounts with dealers and importers in consultation with the Operations Manager - Supervising complience with aggreements with third parties - Manage and develop staff to maximize new potential - Monitoring staff performance - Set employees' goals and also monitoring how they achieve them - Organize and manage meetings
- Bachelor in technical sciences, economics or business - 1-3 years of management experience - 3-5 years of relevant work experience - English - verbal and written communication - advanced level
