Team Leader (Children's Residential Service)
37.5 hours per week
Starting salary: £8.45 or £9.10 per hour (dependent on qualifications) with opportunities for salary progression.

We are seeking to appoint a Team Leader who will be responsible for the direct line management of support staff, ensuring a quality and effective service is delivered. You will carry out staff supervision, guide and mentor employees, plan and implement rotas, complete written reports and support the Unit Manager in quality assurance monitoring systems.
To be successful for this role, you will hold NVQ / Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), and must have experience of working within a care setting, ideally supporting children and young people who may display emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will have an understanding of good management practice, effective communicator with the ability to motivate others.
