- Find and attract potential candidates by being active in online & offline platforms
- Conducting researches and phone screens, build talent pools
- Strengthening the company’s employer branding activities by promoting the awarness and attractiveness
- Maintain and extend relations with universities, agencies, active participation on various events
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT recruitment gained at agency and/or corporate side
- Fluent English
- Excellent overview of the IT recruitment market
- College or University degree
