Our client is a worldwide player in the bank sector, for which we look for a Systems Project Manager colleague. The department - the new colleague will join - operates alongside Regulatory Reporting and supports them from technical / system perspective.
- Interface with Country stakeholders to translate key Regulatory Requirements into working solutions - Will be responsible for joining Operating Committee calls and liaise with PMO and clients on all reporting requirements - Preparing weekly progress reports for management - Producing FRD’s (Functional Requirement Document) and deducing timelines from the intake of requirements and clearly articulating a plan for the finance clients / PMO - Working closely with the IT Development function and ensuring that the deliverables from the FRD are met - This role will be the face of Regulatory IT and will change the way Finance interact with Technology.
- Educated to degree level - Fluent English language skills - 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst / PMO function with some technical knowhow of IT systems, preferably in Regulatory Reporting and DATABASES (SQL) - Good working knowledge of Project lifecycle methodologies - Excellent communication skills and exceptional ability to understand business requirements - Ability to develop relationships with peers in business unit and risk management groups - Strong team player, and self-motivation with the ability to handle multiple work streams and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously - Strong analytical capabilities, presentation skills, particularly in the development of professional and thoughtful presentations
