On behalf of our multinational company we are looking for an Enterprise Support Specialist Colleague.
- Provide end to end functional support, case handling and root cause resoulution
- Case management, handle tickets for applications
- Participate on projects, understand project requirements as it relates to the support. Manage conflicts, escalate where necessary to resolve and close gaps
- Partner with IT for case/issue resolution in a timely manner
- Provide ongoing assessment of existing services, system, processes and controls to identify, recommend and implement necessary improvements to ensure data quality and support growth related to strategic initiatives
- Work with all level of the organization to complete work
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role (SAP, PeopleSoft or other ERP system support or key user)
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational, planning and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills, good listener, excellent communicator
