Closely working with DDPT on AppCom Techbase activities such as Capacity Management, Quarterly Downtime activities implementations, physical hardware deployments and expansions. This is to ensure that the AppCom Techbase infrastructure is evergreen and capacity in good health state.
Proactively perform technical analysis and identify technical issue in AppCom Techbase infrastructure to minimise operations complexity.
Closely working with Architecture and Engineering team on guaranteeing that solution are properly handed over and operation activities are monitored, tracked and meeting the requirement.
Propose proactive/improvement initiatives towards improvement of efficiency in AppCom Techbase operations and implement resolutions as appropriate. Coordination between DPOT/DPPT/DPSA teams is highly required.
Prepare root cause analysis and reporting to identify and document the root cause of a problem in order to create effective corrective actions that will prevent that problem from re-occurring.
Participate in major Incident Technical Meetings to provide feedback/updates/technical consultation to the manager-on-duty, including the customer.
Participate in vendor management engagements to ensure vendor related tickets are progressively worked on internally and externally.
Closely working with Architecture and Engineering team to ensure solutions are properly handed over and operation activities are monitored, tracked and meeting the requirements.
Prepares new documentation to completion, and formal sign-off to be used with incident/change/request management activities thus abiding with T-Systems’ operational excellence requirements.
Evergreens documentation as and when required ensuring the information is current, eliminating possible version specific errors and also to conform to T-Systems’ operational excellence that mandates operational documentation to be updated every 6 months.
Trains, coaches and mentors less senior staff within his/her organization or as directed by relevant stakeholders, playing a very important role in employee development.

The administration and troubleshooting of complex virtualisation infrastructure (hardware/software) that may fall outside of problem management such as task forces with the aim to develop or identify sustainable solutions.
The assistance in the development of robust and optimized virtualisation infrastructure solutions where such solutions will carry significant improvements towards daily operation tasks.
