  • Realisation of the Service Desk requirement according to call flow programming, adaptation and reporting
  • Preparation and updating of standard documents and publication and deposition of them on central platforms  
  • Monitoring of the server platform and taking over the End to End responsibility for the Avaya system in case of an incident
  • Communication and collaboration with the Avaya support specialists and other involved organisations
  • Take over on call duty
  • Support implementation and transformation projects including travelling
  • College or university Degree in IT
  • At least 1 year experience in the field of it networking ( knowledge of networking, call routing methodology and practice knowledge ) 
  • Knowledge of backend systems adminsitration, different operation systems as UNIX, Windows
  • Networking, AVAYA Technologies is an advantage
  • Effective communication 
  • Proactive approach, abilty to work in team 
  • Willingness to change, flexibility
  • Customer, value, result and performance orientation
  • Stable and reliable person 
  • Intermadiate English communication skills, German is an advantage
