Swedish speaking Customer Service Representative

For our multinational clients we are looking for Swedish speaking Customer Service Representatives to their continuously expanding organization.
 

Requirements:
  • High level of English, fluency in Swedish
  • Stress-resistant personality
  • Accuracy, customer-focused attitude
  • Good knowledge of Excel, SAP is an advantage
  • min 1 year relevant experience in a multinational environment (customer relation / supply chain management) is an advantage
  • fresh grads are also highly welcome
Main tasks:
  • Manage client contracts
  • Handle customer claims in a proper manner
  • Track orders and manage day to day communication with customers
  • Manage customer database
  • Manage customers' complaints
  • Ensure accurate service request status
  • Close service request on time with required data
  • Manage service related customer claims
  • Resolve issues and participate in improvement planning
