Support & Operations Analyst - Aberdeen

With 15,000 staff/student accounts, 3000 desktops and 24X7 access across the globe to our core learning platforms, you can expect a challenging and vibrant environment.
Your primary duties in the Operations and Support team will include back up and control of data and supporting systems access. This includes the support and set up of Citrix an VMware environments. You will also supplement the University's IT Help Desk by providing first line support on the telephone or in person.
Ideally with experience of working in a busy support environment, you should have a good technical knowledge of supporting a number platforms and systems. Experience or accreditation in supporting, MS Windows and Microsoft Exchange are desirable.
There are a restricted number of certificates of sponsorship available in the UK and there is no guarantee that the University would be able to obtain one should the successful candidate require one.
