  • End-to-end ownership of our customers’ trouble tickets and consultancy requests
  • Providing status updates to our customers for each open trouble ticket on a continous basis
  • Perform preliminary triage and sanity-check on all new issue reports
  • Prioritize all new issue reports and assign the best possible engineering resource for the severity
  • Making sure the system documentations are always updated by the engineering departments
  • Preparation of monthly summary for each customer
  • Deployment of maintenance and acceptance documents
  • Intimate and uptodate knowledge of the Support Agreements for each of our customers

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Strong active intermediate English verbal and writing skills are absolutely essential
  • IT or engineering degree
  • Responsibility, customer-oriented attitude
  • High stress tolerance
  • Flexibility in work time—customer issues don’t always honour business hours
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Constructive, self sufficient thinking
