We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person for the following role:

 Supply Chain Management Process Expert

(Strategy & Change, Business Planning, Sourcing)

Job purpose:

The EVO SCM Process Expert is responsible for continuous process improvement in the process area of Strategy and Change, Planning and Sourcing.   The role works in conjunction with the EVO Business Partner responsible for the process area to optimize process performance through analysis and data gathering. The EVO SCM Process Expert Partner brings in depth knowledge of Supply Chain Core Business Model (CBM) processes, more specifically Strategy and Change, Planning and Sourcing and how the EVO solution supports this. The role is accountable for process stabilization and compliance in the area.

This position will be part of the VOCH Enablers Team, and reports to the Head of EVO Business Partners.

Tasks:

• Present depth SCM process knowledge in workshops, design, testing and training activities
• Take high level requirements and define high level solutions
• Maintain process and data compliance ensuring that Supply Chain process is compliant with the EVO Core Business Model (CBM) and meets EVO principles and objectives
• Ensure tools are in place for effective process and data management
• Support the Business Partner in raising demand, complete Project Initiation Document (PID)
• Build relationship with OneSCM community, local process leads and subject matter experts
• Trusted advisor to the Business Partner of this area, supporting them in their role as key customer relationship manager
• Drive project plans and impact analysis

Requirements:

• Fluency in English
• Any other language is an advantage
• 3+ year experience in Business understanding of the wider Supply Chain scope of processes, Strategy and Change, Planning and Sourcing
• Detailed understanding of impacts of process changes
• Strong analytical skills
• SAP experience
• Project Management experience and participation in EVO Core Business Model is an advantage
• Strong, detailed appreciation of SCM and Finance integration points of an ERP system is an advantage ( HR would be a bonus)
