- Management of the Banking team helping the day to day operation - Precise administrative handling of the accounting - To ensure that all key processes are handled well by the team members - Regular people management responsibilities - Providing the Manager of Accounts Receivable with regular and ad hoc information, reports, on all accounting issues - Maintaining contact with internal parties - Ensuring that proper internal control procedures are followed in line with company policies and generally accepted accounting procedures - Actively participates in the upcoming implementation of electronic bank statement integration and automation projects
- College or University degree on Finance or Accounting - Min. 5 years of work experience in the field of accounting - Fluent English knowledge (French is an advantage) - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and an ERP accounting system (preferably SAP) - Excellent people management skills - Great communication and interpersonal skills - Cooperative attitude, flexibility
