Specialist Quality- and Headquarter-Management

Job description:

  • First contact person for national, international, internal and external clients
  • Organization and coordination of local headquarter issues, e.g. processing mail and invoices
  • Administrative support of local managing director
  • Responsibility for written and spoken communication with state inspecting authorities and state administration
  • Independent research and evaluation of country-specific regulations, including the preparation of the information to the relevant stakeholders
  • Executing required local regulations such as notifications to authorities  
  • Research of defined topics and preparation of presentations

Your profile:

  • Hungarian as native language
  • Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of German
  • University graduate
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Advanced communication skills
  • First experiences within retail business beneficial
  • Stress resistance
  • Flexibility, responsibility, reliability
  • Ability to work in a team as well as individual
  • Willingness to travel
