Specialist for the Headquarter Management at Budapest

First contact person for national, international, internal and external clients
Organization and coordination of local headquarter issues
Keep contact between the different departments at headquarter
Administrative support of local managing director, e.g. travel planning, hotel negotiation, mail, etc.
Responsibility for written and spoken communication with state inspecting authorities and state administration, including the independent gathering of information and handling of complex issues
Research of defined topics and preparation of presentations
Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English, German advantageous
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Advantageous first experiences within real estate business
High school education
First experiences within retail business beneficial
Flexibility, responsibility, reliability
Ability to work in a team as well as individual
Possibility of usage of foreign language on daily basis
