In our Budapest Business Service Centre, our Financial Services Team has a wide variety of tasks  from processing, reporting and booking invoices or other cost information flows from partners, reconciliation, participation in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing etc. More specifically the Treasury Payment Team is responsible for managing the payment of supplier invoices.


As Treasury Payment your role will be:

  • Processing and booking payments ( manual payments, cheque payments, Bank card payments etc..)
  • Sending proof of payments when requested
  • Continuous maintenance of suppliers’ data
  • Daily Bank reconciliation; assuring that the bank statement balance equals the Bank GL balance
  • Doing month end related reconciliations/Activities
  • Prepare Treasury information ( Treasury Report , Cash flow forecast , etc..)
  • Supporting process improvement through sharing ideas
  • Supporting senior colleague and team lead, acting independently
  • Providing support in process documentation, following-up and recording changes

 

To join us as, we are looking forward to your application if you have:

  • College or university degree preferably in economics, finance/accounting
  • 1 year experience gained in relevant field is considered a great advantage, but not a must
  • Fluent Spanish language knowledge both verbally and in written
  • Additionally confident English language knowledge at least on an upper intermediate level both written and verbal
  • Analytical mind-set, logical thinking
  • Confident user skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work precisely under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Team work
