Our customer is one of the biggest ICT companies globally. For their growing team we are looking for a Spanish Speaking Service Desk Analyst.
A Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing customer service to the company’s clients via phone and e-mail, handling and documenting all incoming requests or incidents, providing application support (e.g. password reset and user account unlocks) in Spanish and English, ensuring all relevant information is captured and following up the cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Fluent Spanish and English (C1) language skills
