Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative
- Customer support in English and Spanish language via chat and e-mail
- Managing communication channels related to the company's services
- Participating in brainstorming session and taking part in innovations regarding our business
- Increasing customer satisfaction by using professional customer support techniques.
- Fluent English and Spanish language knowledge (min B2 level) skills both written and spoken
- Can-do, 'customer-focused’ attitude, willing to tackle any issues and resolve to seek solutions wherever possible
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts 24/7 (only 8 hours a day)
Desirable but not essential: Experience in Customer Service/Helpdesk
