SPANISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

- Managing the relationship with Avis Budget Group customers, partners and car rental stations
- Complaint and question handling received from customers (renters) after the car rental on phone and in writing
- Precise administration, continuously update the ‘performance measure’ chart and responsible for the accuracy of its data
- Helping in updating the process documentations, follow-up and record changes, which contributes to recognize the opportunities of improving processes

- Have min. high school education (University or College degree are an advantage)
- Speak Spanish at advanced level and English at least at intermediate level (verbal, written)
- Have knowledge of all Microsoft office packages, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
- Have experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage
