Spanish Intercompany Accountant

  • Budapest
  • Processing, reporting and booking invoices or other cost information from partners
  • Analysing and controlling of partner costs
  • Producing invoices / bills and credit notes to issue to partners
  • Calculating licensee and agency fees and ensuring they are billed, processing their receipt
  • Making bank payments and controlling instalments
  • Doing month end related reconciliations and associated month-, quarter- or year-end tasks
  • Processing, analysis and controlling of partner statements
  • Prepare partner performance targets, scorecards and monthly cash flow reports
  • Regular communication with the partners, handling queries and claims
  • Continuously striving for process improvement
  • Participating in training new joiners
  • University or College degree in Economics
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Accounting working experience is an advantage
  • Intermediate in Spanish and English
  • Analytical thinking
