 Spanish-English speaking International Supply Chain Specialist

BP has established a Business Service Centre (“BSC”) in Budapest which provides Finance, Customer Service and Operational Procurement services to all Refining and Marketing ("R&M") businesses in Europe. The BSC provides the opportunity to combine activities dispersed across different locations, and support the standardization and simplification of processes in one location. The BSC started operating in September 2009, since than we hired 1800 colleagues. We are continuously growing and we look for experienced professionals to contribute to our success.

IF YOU JOIN OUR TEAM YOU MAY HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring the timely delivery of stock transfers and order changes to meet monthly customer expectations
  • The role is accountable for the creation of the monthly order demand plan, schedule, freight forwarder calendar and daily stock transfer between five producing and shipping warehouses for exportation orders to CCSA Auto distributors
  • Requires effective customer relationship management capabilities and understanding the end-to-end execution
  • Focus on handling customer complaints
  • Assist with ad-hoc global supply chain requirements
  • Understand and execute export procesures

IN AN INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST  ROLE WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service, sales support experience with a deep understanding of supply chain.
  • High proficiency in PC skills - MS Office Excel expert (Pivot, Vlookup, Web based & Mainframe applications).
  • Strong knowledge of the supply chain, sales and order-to-cash processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and take inputs from many sources; flexibility and adaptability to change.
