Spanish, English Speaking Customer Service Representative (in three shifts)

It has been established in May 2015 by merging all of the Customer Support provision products and provide high quality service for a wide range of online delivered services, We offer support for our Partners 24 hours a day on the 365 days of a year. Tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing communication channels related to our web services working in three shifts;
- Customer support in English and Spanish language via chat and e-mail;
- Participating in brainstorming session and taking part in innovations regarding our business;
- Increasing customer satisfaction by using professional customer support techniques.
- Excellent English and Spanish language skills both written and spoken;
- Customer-focused attitude;
- Outstanding communication and problem solving skills;
- Creative thinking and proactive working style;
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
- Relevant professional experience in customer service.
- Advanced Russian/French/Italian/Romanian/German language skills
