We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef.
The restaurant can serve over 400 covers on a busy service so volume experience is a must.
Your role as Sous Chef will be partly responsible for the daily running of the kitchen whilst adhering to company standards and all hygiene, health & safety regulations.
Your background will show a proven and stable career with experience within a minimum 4* hotel or rosette restaurant background.
Salary: Basic salary is up to €35,000
Required experience: Sous Chef: 3 years
