We currently have a number of exciting vacancies available for Social Workers and Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHP's) within our innovative, developing and forward thinking Emergency Duty Team (EDT) working nights, weekends and bank holiday's. We offer a flexible way of working with full time, part time and relief hours available as well as the possibility of home and mobile working.
As part of NYCC'S Core Response Unit you will be providing generic Emergency Social Work Services throughout North Yorkshire and York with the unique opportunity of working across both Children & Young Peoples Services and Adult Social Care. Applying your skills, your judgment and knowledge to ensure community members are made and kept safe and urgent social care needs are addressed.
In return for your experience, skills and commitment we can offer you a competitive salary including a £200per month market supplement (AMHP's only), as well as the allowances for working out of hours, a 10% recruitment payment for exceptional candidates and a generous relocation package for those looking to relocate to North Yorkshire.
If you are an Approved Mental Health Professional and have significant experience in the safeguarding of either Children, Young People and Adults, or have the experience and a professional qualification in Social Work and willing to undertake training for your AMHP status and are looking for a new challenge we would like to hear from you.
